I'm so sorry to read about your situation. But I can say from experience that something better will come your way.I hope you can still enjoy CHristmas and cherish the moments and things you have, and that are most important. Thinking about you from the other side of the world.

I think he's totally right. I was talking about this just the other day with a friend. She has everything I'm longing for (marriage, children) but doesn't feel happy. We tend to look for happiness in external things and in people. Instead of enjoying what we already have. I must visit his blog, but first wanted to comment here.

By the way, have you seen my blog post today about The Simple Things Magazine? Its vision fits right in with this blogpost.

Can't wait to read your posts Jane! Like I said before, I don't get any love from the "established" and "Renowned" so I am all ears what advice you have on that subject.

So true Jane, where is the love? I consider mself a newbie, still, because I'm still in my first year. And I feel it's a battlefield with bloggers seeing each other as competitors, creating an in-crowd of bloggers with a lot of followers and singling out the rest. It really feels like I'm on my own, having to figure out everything by myself. If you write a mail to a "big"blogger about guest blogging, he/she doesn't even reply. Your experiences don't apply to me. No presents, no friendly gestures. You are very lucky. x Louise

This blog post is just hillarious! I can so relate to what you're saying! I have shared it on twitter and facebook cause this needs to get out there for people to realize what they are actually doing. The pics are sooo funny! Great post.
