Goals for this holiday season; fruit vinegrates for neighbor gifts and that tree skirt I've been plotting for several years now.
Of course all the things the kids have made over the years. Last year my daughter made me a hand knitted scarf that was beautiful. Home made gifts are the best!
I make my own beaded jewelry. Today there is an infinite variety of beads, crystals, etc. Not like they used to be....plastic balls!!
I told my doctor that I thought I was losing my mind, I am exhausted from not sleeping long enough, have headaches, blood pressure suddenly went up, thyroid fine, sinuses fine, hearing fine, eyesight great and lastly after a cardiac stress test, I find out my heart is in great shape for my age, which is about to be one more! Guess what we finally realized it was?????????????????????????????????????????????????MENOPause!!! UGH! I have no idea who has taken over control of my mind......or maybe I already lost it......anyone find mine???

Right now my favorite is LavenderVanilla spray and Asian Spice Candles!! Scents affect my mood!!!!!
I loved the tour of the Urban Oasis with Vern the other day. It was great. Love all the art and the lions and just all the little things that add something special to the small space. But, Vern was right, it is big by NYC standards. Love the furniture and the View....OMG, I would have binoculars and a telescope and never want to leave!!
Of course I am entering....would love either of them and you could come to visit!! Hope your summer went well. Ours has been a heat stroke....weeks over 100! Ready for fall and cooler weather. Always enjoy the HGTV sites and DIY and Blog Cabin. Love the excitement that builds when the drawing is approaching!! Love to you!
