Menu planning, cooking fresh, batch cooking and freezing is something I am terrible at and need to do more of. Being a single girl living in a small flat means sometimes it can be hard to be inspired to do exciting things and a lot easier to buy and whip out the convenience stuff for every meal of the day. Ironically, I am a trained chef (allbeit a non-practising one) and LOVE cooking for other people .. I just need to start enjoying cooking for myself ..!
