how very sad. as i sit drinking my coffee and thinking about this tragedy I think of monies that have been diverted from mental health to other (more important?) programs- The closing of the state mental institution in salem- the ending of community based mental health outreach programs because of budget cuts. its a sad state of affairs when in this day and age of more stress in every area of society the good mental health maintenance of its citizens is kicked to the curb. we see or hear about the homeless or the criminal element with these issues- some of us just turn away.
what we don't see is the hidden numbers that we come across everyday in our existance. I wonder, if someone wore a sign on his/her person saying that he or she was going to take their own life and/ or the life of others, if we would be a little more understanding of mental health disorders and do something, anything to help change the negative outcome? Would we give a little more out of our pockets for community based mental health care outreach or the like? in my culture he was my brother, he was my son.

i agree that therapeutic massage is different. however, I can't think of any marquee board in any of my travels where i've stayed, on the strip, that have said "sensual message". they usually say, "therapeutic message".

If, you used it to retain drinking water, what toxins/chemicals would you also be digesting? in a shtf if you needed emer med aid because of the chemicals that may be leaching from the "wow" (cramping, diarrhea, vomiting) help may be hard to come by. waiting in line for social med clinic for treatment (cause your health care provider may not be around) could be a problem. anyone check? in saying the above this is a great idea. anyway i'm adding one to my 72 hr bob, which doubles as my elk hunting pack, for its other uses. thanks for the tip.
