1st - would love to partner with Disqus to integrate our ratings directly into the commenting system! Both comments and ratings are forms of feedback, and we see a lot of potential in this type of relationship.

2nd - We want to avoid publishing "top-X" lists on our site, as we feel this would contribute to people trying to manipulate the ratings in order to gain high placement there. See Digg as an example of this... Also - outbrain is all about personalization of our scores and recommendations. If we start publishing the highest rated lists, those are by definition not personalized and therefore not very interesting in our opinion.
