If every country in the world is having "money trouble",then doesn't that mean everyone is still in the same place compared to everyone else.I mean if you have two racecars #7 and #3 and #3 is in first place and # 7 is in second,both are having engine trouble butthey are still going around the track then nothing has changed but how fast they are going. Right?
