Please read part 2 I must post part 2 differently i guess
It has been the standard of this Country that all individuals that may be in a situation where there is a possibility of capture by hostile forces must attend a Survival and Resistance course,
pilots, special operators, special civilians etc.
The students of these courses are exposed (had the procedure used on them) to enhanced interrogation techniques.
All interrogators must attend a Survival and Resistance course so they know what effect EITs have on the subject to be exposed to said techniques.
The previous administration went to great lengths to ensure they did not cross any line into illegality. They may have come close to the line but,,,,
The conclusion is that there is a long standing precedent within the government that EITs are not torture and thus legal.
Where am I wrong?

It is my understanding that torture is illegal.
That is not the question. The question is whether enhanced interrogation techniques (EITs) are torture.
A question, if you volunteer to be tortured is it still illegal? The answer is yes because it is an illegal act.
Steve Harrigan from Fox News volunteered to be water boarded on video.
Then to use the above logic, all acts of EITs are either torture and illegal or not torture and are legal. If EITs are illegal, Steve Harrigan broke the law.
So if EITs are torture and thus illegal then every individual who ever went to any Survival and Resistance course is an example of an illegal act.

6.Require all federal officials(elected and unelected) take a History of the United States and the Constitution course prior to taking office. “Read 5000YL & Real GW” etc.
