Hm. Thanks for the honest review. Given our concerns with the believability of the premise, plus your comments about inconsistencies in the subplots, we'll probably pass on this one and just check out other Carolyn Mackler books instead. Do you have a recommendation?

Eep! Sounds kind of creepy. We love the title -- it reminds us of Daughter of Smoke and Bone, which is also, strangely enough, set in Prague... -- and we love the cover too. Thanks for telling us about it!

Hmm, good to know. We love the cover, so we've been wondering about the story. Good to know about the younger tone and the character weaknesses. In a shorter book, that stuff is probably forgivable, and it's always best to know what to expect either way. Thanks!
