Tough one here. Our justice system is totally screwed up with regards to these types of sex offenders. If this guy had a kid that was molested one would be inclined to understand. However, murder is still murder.
I belive it was just released that he was shot between 1-18" away and had a damaged knuckle.
I think you may be pushing this a little Ken just to have something to write about. So someone got anoyed with a bunch of change being used. Maybe this teller&manager are just a lazy. Maybe the homeless person was acting out in some way. Maybe the person with the loose change can go to a bank and exchange it for some dollar bills. This sounds more like a person issue as opposed to a growing trend towards degrading the homeless because of too much coinage. Just my two cents;)

I am confused. Does the bond/bail amount very depending on your income level? I have no clue so this is question for all. I always thought the amount was based on things like likelyhood the person will run, etc. So if Bill Gates was in this EXACT position would bail be 10 billion or something?
I have to say I agree with you on this Ken. I should add that in my opinion SPD should not have to spend a bunch of money making the videos available, but should at least be required to give access for someone to spend their own time looking through some sort of video library. The party looking for the video can then pay the cost for reproduction if they find what they need.
It all depends on your definition of "termination" of a pregnancy Ken. My two cents - the government shouldn't be able to force a private business to sell something they don't want to. I don't like viagra? I don't have to sell it. I don't like condoms? I don't have to sell it. If the private business looses clients/money that is their issue.
I believe I was responding to the comment above about how she could have used her gun in that situation, but didn't. The tasing subject is grey in my book at this point. Just like the guy who got tased for not signing a ticket. Excessive or not? I don't know.
Are you saying she can use deadly force against someone walking or even running away? I don't think so.
