all the -'s are coming from School board members, tell me why in Vinton they give the children the answers to the test?? so they pas s and go on..................... thats the 1st thing I found out when I got my kids from the X...... Vinton is sooooooooooooo substandard is a joke, the only school system that gives you a certificate <sp> of attendence instead of a diploma....... out of High School.
