Hi.....whoa....swim great....but sounds like a pool full of laundry my gosh. If you don't mind answering how many square feet do you have? my gosh ashta.....and cooking...your guests definitely keep you in great shape....

Ah, funny you mention chickens:):) i love eggs...and chickens of course I love all nature....however, i would really like at least an acre or two in between for chickens.....some things are sacred...I can't imagine backyards full of chickens in Arlington...however I need to let you know...back in the 50s when I was at my Grandmas, on a warm summer morning I always heard a rooster crowing....and down the street up 22nd towards DC....on the corner was a house that had two large beautiful geese in front....frankly, i do not find a chicken coop very urban unless it houses DBCoop):)

Waiting for the reveal here, but I found the project very interesting; however, I'm with you hope we can get back to those highly elegant urban retreats - like atlanta or boston, such as the one DBCoop found a few years ago in Baltimore.....overlooking the harbor.................I am ready for low maintenance...

However, I do have another dream lately thinking about a smart home renovated barn...don't need too much high tech...but in the lovely setting near camp david or in frederick would be very tempting....dream on...off to swim and look at those lovely puffy clouds inherent here in summertime texas.....can only stay out for 30-40 minutes a day though...i am like photo paper....someone thought I was from indonesia the other day....never heard that before...
