if you wanna be honest about it -- some dead beat alcoholics and drug users giving advice, and not signing anything, technically isnt breaking the law, although it is immoral.

however, i do not think they should really continue to get funding, at least until a full investigation is done, although Pres Bush gave them money too, so its not an all Obama thing.

They should also institute self checking w/ undercovers of their own
