Come one... ask ur own Malay leader what happened to yourself. NFC monies could be well been used to provide support in such circumstances to bring local halal butchery to the malls. Instead, they live in Condo at Bangsar, you live in ur own little hut at Kampung Baru.

Reality is, your own leader is sucking your money without you even knowing but you keep on fighting for the 30%? Why not fight for 100% transparency and audit on all monies spent by the government and then I can tell you, you will see yourself fighting and bidding for space in malls like Suria KLCC.
