In new blogger, go to Template> Edit HTML> Proceed
Then MARK the "Expand Widget Templates"
Then press ctrl+F, and search for <data:post.body/>
However, you may find several <data:post.body/>...............

However, if you still don't find that please search for only Header-wrapper , by pressing ctrl+F in your keyboard.....

If you are having borders around images then check out that your post images are assigned with borders or not. In your case I reckon there must be borders.
Find out the following codes:
.post img {
border:1px solid #eae4e4;

Then change the borders to 0px.
