I am about to start trying this online dating thing, and I am SO SCARED. Let's tell each other happy stories of people ending up together after meeting online.
1. BFF and her hubby: great guy. took awhile of chatting before she agreed to meet. Been together 10 years.
2. younger old neighbors who, despite being in school, chose to go online. (This is a mystery to me: your peers are around you; why not look around you while in school?) Still, they are great together.

At new year's I posted about wanting to learn to cook cauliflower, and you lovely toasties pointed me towards some great recipes.
I combined these two recipes:

and came up with this amazing salad:

roast 1 head of cauliflower tossed in olive oil, sea salt, and cumin.
add yogurt, chick peas, chives, green onions, pepper.
bask in your own genius and the salad's deliciousness.
