<DIV>this was over a long period of time. the guy looks like a white sammy davis jr. one time only when this guy was assigned to us we asked to be moved to a different area, and were moved.

I have witnessed on several ocassions the same waiter go to the mens room, urinate and not wash his hands. Have reported it each time to the manager on duty but it does not seem to do any good. I'm talking about Papa Vino's!!

This reminds me of the days, 1957 Ft, Leonard Wood , We would complain of a sore throat, be sent to the dispensery and be given liguid cough and throat syrup. very high alcohol content and we called it "GI GIN" !! If you were sick it wouldn't cure you but if you drank enough of it, you didn't care!!!
