I put this on the tea party thread, but I wll add it here too. I went to buy stamps today, preparing to mail my teabags to the powers that be..... The postmistress told me it would cost $1.00 and envelope to mail, as the envelopes were not totally flat. They changed their rules last year, and now any bulk to an envelope moves it up to bulk mail prices!!! Still not a bad price to make our point to the government, but think how many envelopes may not be delivered if people are not aware of this detail!!!!! Thanks again Glen for your great work!!!!

Much to my suprise, the postmistress informed me that it would cost $1.00 per envelope as the envelope was not totally flat. Wow!!! Just want everyone to be aware of this minor detail. The post office changed their rules last year due to bulky envelopes getting caught in their automated sorting machines. It is still worth a dollar an envelope, but think how many won't be delivered if people are not aware of this restriction!!!! Love this site!!!
