Everyone on the left?
[Marco Rubio] said he was particularly concerned about the Arizona law’s “reasonable suspicion provisions, where individuals can be pulled over because someone suspects they may not be legal in this country.”

This is flat out wrong.
By the way, good work once again deflecting the topic from...the topic, \"moderate\".

2) The Republicans will Filibuster. Snowe and Collins (and likely Brown) will fall in line just like they did before, regardless of whether or not the candidate is moderate or liberal. The Republicans will give them room to appear \"moderate\" or \"independent\" to improve their electoral prospects in their home states, but in the end they will join the monolithic Republican front.
3) InTrade should post NOW, prior to anyone being named as a SC prospect, whether or not the Republicans will filibuster. I\'m sure the odds would guess pretty much as I have: assume a filibuster, believe there isn\'t one when you see it.
4) \"Activist\" is and always will be a smokescreen. Conservatives believe that they have a monopoly on the Constitution...as if the Supreme Court is not a necessity since what is \"Constitutional\" is beyond interpretation. Then they defend torture.

Ummm...no. They\'re suing due to the questionable constitutionality of deciding by fiat that certain individuals do not have unalienable rights.
Duh.
