This is reminding me of the time I worked at a girl scout camp and confused the girls on the last day because I was crying more than they were. The littlest one let me hug her stuffed otter during campfire.

The Toast has basically been one of the only things keeping me sane as everything collapses in my life, so I'm going to be feeling bereft without it (and so grateful for Toast Slack and knowing the Toasties will still be out there writing).

I mean, jobs losses, house loss, moving across country twice, turning 30, being unemployed for too long, being without a paycheck for longer, etc etc
