People can say anything...their actions define who they are.

Despite his claims to the contrary, the reality is that the AG's lawyers have said that their clients (Ramlogan and Persad-Bissessar) withdraw their consent orders if the IC continues despite the forwarding of the Ramlogan investigation.

So despite the differences in the scope and timelines between the Ramlogan investigation and the IC investigation, the PM and AG are withdrawing their consent orders if the IC investigation continues. Does that sound like cooperation? regardless of what the AG says?

Sigh...let's be clear, the Government would get even better cooperation from Google if this process went through the CA. That such an avenue was not utilised by the AG underscores that something is not exactly right here.

That something is not right here seems to validate the choice of the IC to avoid the avenue of the CA

Why would sensitive information be in the Minister's PRIVATE e-mail address? The Government does have its authentic, secure, domestically domiciled e-mail service "@gov.tt". This has existed since 2005!! So it is unacceptable, if not untruthful, to claim that there is sensitive Government information in the gmail, yahoo and hotmail accounts of persons who are now in Government.

If you believe THAT nonsense, I have a flying pig to sell you at a bargain price!!!

the AG hasn't "released" and information to anybody. Perusing the affidavit one discovers:
(i) the scope of the AG's request was limited
(ii) the timeline of the AG's request was incorrect
(iii) there is very little overlap between the AG's request and the IC's request.

Despite claims otherwise, there is no clarity brought to bear by the AG's announcement on Sunday.

Further, if Rowley is culpable for some ill in calling for an investigation, why aren't Ganga Singh, Kamla Persad-Bissessar and Wade Mark similarly censured when they also brought unsubstantiated documents to the Parliament with respect to Landgate (since investigated three times and found to have no merit), Williams/ Khan bribery allegations (since found to have no merit, with counter claims from the accuser that there was an ACTUAL conspiracy) among others?

let's not rehash last year's non argument.

The country has already has this debate:

the document is clearly a transcription...they are not the print out of actual e-mails. Someone transcribed the contents from another source. WE KNOW THAT.

It was speculated last year that the errors are to accidental. Rowley admitted to the anomalies. the question is whether the other aspects of the transcript is based on fact.

Old news. When Google responds, as to whether
(a) the e-mail addresses exist
(b) on the dates in question whether e-mails similar to that outlined passed through those address accounts or not,

then the conversation can be renewed. Until then, relax. The PNM seems to be relaxing. Why are you getting anxious.

Funnily, there is a Government e-mail service..."@gov.tt" which I am sure the Cabinet has access to. It is hosted in Trinidad and Tobago, and there are rules of message storage, archiving and record keeping.

These would be the e-mail addresses where sensitive government information would be shared. It makes one wonder about the relevance of the PM's argument at the time this story broke about how there were "Sensitive matters of national security" in her Gmail account, eh?

If the alleged e-mails are true, then it can be assumed that the Cabinet colleagues were using unofficial e-mails to get around the Government's e-mail service.

Again, who is the "Allyou"?

How were you able to ascertain The Horseman01's ethnicity?

HIs statement is asinine to a point, but who do you assume coming to "rob, rape and kill"??
