My daughter's best friend has the exact same absence seizures. She just kind of zones out and stares off into the distance. It doesn't bother her and she doesn't even know it's happening, but it is starting to effect her school work and the school is being really difficult and not wanting to provide any accommodations unless she is on medication. They were trying to avoid it but they have an appointment with a neurologist scheduled to find out what their options are.

Cutest thing EVER! I love that. I would never have even thought to paint on denim but I am SO going to do this when the kids get home from school. The skirt looks absolutely adorable. Do you know how it washes? I'm thinking maybe hand washing might be best for this?

Fabulous outfit and totally something I would wear. I have a friend who is a thrift store Goddess - she can find the best items for the least amount of money. I go into a thrift store and see junk. I think I need a lesson in how to shop. I will be definitely visiting you here every Tuesday and hopefully pick up some tips.

What a stunning picture. Even with kid in tow, you will have a wonderful time. There will be plenty of time later on to have an adult-only vacation. It's funny, now that my kids are old enough that we could leave them... I'd much rather vacation WITH them. Happy Anniversary!
