In the recent poll supposedly the PP had 34%, the PNM 32%, 26% undecided, ILP 4% and other (COP, MSJ, NJAC) 4%.

So at this point in time the COP is not a political force thanks to their affiliation with the PP.

"In a 2 horse race.. COP vs PNM - COP will win...
COP vs UNC - COP will win...
but
In a 3 horse race COP vs PNM vs UNC ... PNM or UNC will win ".

Ok enjoy your evening in the rum shop.

Continue to look at the work of your government with rose tinted glasses into the 2015 elections.

I have listened to several talk radio programs where people have highlighted their plight. The most recent was today.

- "Fool me 10 times, I am a die hard PNM"

You are insulting the TnT voters who voted in the PNM many times unlike the UNC. You need to figure out why they voted them in. The voters were not fooled by the PNM. The UNC was simply not an appealing alternative and the UNC has proven that sentiment to be true during this term.

- " who has felt politically victimized in the last 4 years? "

There are many voices talking about employment victimization. Tune into 102 now and you will hear one such voice.

- the PP's Idea of run-offs would give the floating voter more power than the die hard PNM's and UNC's

I don't see how this will be a benefit. During a run-off the floating voter would be forced to choose between the PNM and UNC. The only power is the need to court the floating voter, which would occur with or without run offs.

Mr. Grant had every right to defend his integrity in whatever way he chose.

Mr. Grant indicated it was not his style to go to the media. I take that to indicate this was the last straw in a series of situations he likely handled diplomatically and he acted differently than his natural way of operating.

The letter issue reminds us of the controversy with the former Solicitor General and the questionable letter which was attributed to her, which she openly contradicted.

It clearly shows a pattern and by going public they are doing a service to the electorate to make us aware of the type of governance we have.

The minister's explanation seems plausible but with the current level of mistrust it would be wise to take anything that is said with a grain of salt.

We had an unexplained SOE, we had a failed Soldier Police Bill, we now have armored vehicles.

This is another potential red flag which should be looked at with concern, despite a reasonable explanation.

The more money they spend now the less available for the next party winning the 2015 election.

“Protecting you in times of unrest,” the poster stated.

Looks like they see some unrest coming in 2015 which they are preparing for.

This one statement makes the most sense in the entire article.
I do not see how these vehicles can clinically fight crime.
