well it is murder, it actually doesnt matter if it is intentional or unintentional it's not like if it was unintentional the person is revived back from the dead. Also his prob helling out "He (expetive) stopped and then ran my brother over!" b/c It actually did happen, imagine all the frustration you would have if this happened to you
