I truly believe young adults should consider moving from this area before they establish themselves with a car and mortgage payment. The cost of living is very high which makes the standard of living very low and children are locked up inside on rainy days like prisoners.

I'll explain. It's in the best interests of our society for children to stay with their real mom's and dad's. I'm sure you can agree with that. Children are the future of our society so the government should not allow or give tax breaks to couples that have no way of being the real parents of the children.
