I, on the other hand, don't think I've ever seen it done to a cisdude. I've gotten it lots of times myself and so have many other non-cisdude people I know. Sometimes when it's been said to me, my face was doing an unhappy thing because I was seriously unhappy. Other times, I was in a perfectly all-right state of mind and just not paying attention to my face. YMMV, I guess, but I definitely think this has an awful lot to do with mysoginistic body-policing.
