The Viaduct needs to be replaced. What are we going to do when it crumbles and people are injured from it. The tunnel is a great idea but it needs to be bigger. Reducing it to two lanes each way will only clog up as the City grows. Do a twin tunnel. This project will provide needed jobs for the area so lets get started and stop wasting money debating and hold the contractors accountable!
