Poor job of monitoring . Lackadiskal attitude of the management at the pumping station. Don't they have back up pump they can switch to and don't they do scheduled maintainence ?.Hundred of thousand of household and businesses are afftected .
Maintainence should be done in stages regularly and utilising the spare pumps to take over while the maintainence is done in stages.
