This is wise counsel. If you are feeling well (not necessarily euphoric) and are functioning, then the meds are probably, to some extent, the reason. Perhaps you don't need them any longer. But the strongly cautious approach of this blogger is correct. If they're working, then you are taking a risk by going off of them. Why experiment with your mental health? It's hard enough for many people to find meds that work consistently.
