On the other hand...I always get sent the usual forms to approve online before the visit. I'm not sure that on visit day having a desk human do what a kiosk can do adds any value*. I just need the human interaction for making the next appointments at the end of visits.

*I did get some value the last time because I got some laughs out of the human by mocking the idiot she dealt with ahead of me.
