New to blogging- so probably screwing this up- I apologize in advance. I must say that this site is fabulous! After spending years lugging around film bodies and lenses when traveling (Canon F1s) I've decided to go light but wanted something nicer than a base P&S. I was back and forth between the G10 and LX3, and got both for christmas! The LX3 was my first choice, but it looked like it was in short supply, so my wife ordered the G10 as backup. I really like the LX3, but like the longer range of the G10. I've ordered the tele lens for it and am anxious to see how it goes.

Maybe seeing some pics that look like they're from Howard County has influenced me a little.
