Taxing coperations is legal, taxing shareholds or partners for wages and gains is not. All im interested in is reinstating our constitution as it was interpreted by our founding fathers. any more than that, your looking at trouble down the road.

actually It might be before that, I knew about 1913, 1894 they tried it and was unconstitutional, the reason for the 16th amendment on July 12, 1909. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in several cases that the 16th amendment doesnt not authorize a new tax. If it was unconstitutional in 1984, it still was in 1916. since there hasnt been a law since there still isnt.

corporate tax is legal and should be, as its constitutional. If we went back 100% to the constitution this country would be great. problem is we havent since the early 1900's.
