i made a blogpost about the definition you state in the report. My main concern is the absence of the social theme in the current version. I think it is conveyed in the definition but it deserved a more prominent place! The other thing is that the report states that culture, management and organization are issues in the 2.0 movement, but the definition only states the technology point of view. if this is so Enterprise 2.0 is just a part in something larger!
