AMEN, I believe that when we go into that booth we are to vote our conscience not what is popular or most likely to win

I propose that we do away with all political donations from corparations or private citizens. Instead all campaigns should be publicly funded and any candidate that qualifys to run will have the same amount of money to spend as all the other candidates. This would create an even playing field ,no one would have a monetary advantage,no one would be beholding to this or that special intrest group. Also there should be term limits no one should serve more than two consecutive terms They would then return to there district for at least two years before they could run again. I realize that it would be virtually impossable to get the politions to agree to this but it would be a much better way than we do it now
