And we are dumping billions of dollars into the DEA why? The local police force is doing a fine job handling it. Not that pot should be illegal or anything but if it is going to be enforced quit wasting tax dollars on the DEA and just up the police force with a lot less money.

Any why is that? I am curious to see WHY you wouldn't want your kids to use it. What negative effects of marijuana do you believe exist? Would you rather have them smoke cigarettes and drink vodka, oh I forgot those ARE okay because the government said they are okay, just like they said weed is bad.
What a sad thing to see, it was a horrible thing to happen but hopefully if any good comes from it, it will make people more careful and think twice when they are riding ATVs.

Neither of us know the details of this story so it would be quite ignorant for either of us to act like we do. That being said however it is equally possible that she took this route everyday to go somewhere in her wheelchair, however this day some mechanism of the wheelchair got caught in the tracks and she couldn't get help in time, not saying that's what happened just saying don't be so quit to judge.
