This site taught me how to be an adult, a person, and how to be my own feminist hero. Because I carry this place in my heart, I have found the strength to allow others to sit with the discomfort they caused and to treat myself as kindly as I do others. I quit grad school, I am going back to grad school, I went to the dentist, I learned how to use bobby pins bumpy-side down, and I was a librarian for a while.

I cannot believe we've had the last three years -- what a gift.
