good reply. Im sure If Mr Fox enforced this more often, many callers would quit abusing the 911 system.
True! Make sure you slap those political stickers on your cars. It may help you keep your job! Regardless how much experience you have...
From what I hear, this letter should have had stipulations. Too many people wanted to take advantage of this buy out when they were on the road to getting fired or going elsewhere or only been on the job for a few years. There were senior people who should have been considered. Regardless if they were going to be replaced or not. It seems many of these positions take quite sometime to replace anyway. And There are Part time employees who are apart of the budget that would have loved to fill in some of these spots and eventually get hired as a full time employee at the beginning of the year. So, I'm confused as to Why this wasn't taken into consideration. Many of these departments are ran short handed from the get go and it seems many of these people want out for a reason other than money and being unemployed.
I'm not sure we can say what goes on there. Only the people who work for the county can say what REALLY goes on. It seems rather odd that many employees put their names on the list. Maybe some of them have other jobs lined out etc. As far as management knowing who is on the list and the way they react? How can they judge anyone for wanting to take advantage of such a buy out? I'm sure we're going to hear more of this. Seems Very odd so many want out of these positions. For only Four months pay?? Good Luck to those who were denied and those accepted.
