you know i could come into east spencer and trun that place around.
i grew up there in the 60s these same people you keep voting in only look after their self once in.
number one thing to do is clean town hall out put all new people in.
#2clean the town up house by house.
#3 get fire dept in top shape trucks,all
#work with the people one own one.
#4get this water problem fixs.
#5get a grant writer to help two
lot of more can be done to trun this town around.

so see people it all was in the bill till it was all brought out in to open.now they are trying to take things out people don,t like just to get it passed.the after passed put it back in.
but i see we have to many people that know so much they spread their IQ.
GO BACK OVER PAST 50YRS LOOK AT BILLS YOU WILL LEARN LOT WAS PUT IN BILLS AFTER THEY PASSED
AND MOST PEOPLE NEVER KNEW IT TILL IT WAS TO LATE.

H.R.3200 is the bill if you belive it or not.all they are doing is taking things out to get it passed.
then after passed these things will be put back in without you knowing it unless someone lets it leak.
once passed it is no truning back the clock no matter how much people don,t like it.
after passed things can be add no matter who likes it.these people will do what ever to get it passed.
