Very strange article. They list the full name of a previous suspect, but only list Hernandez as the name of the one arrested. What is the first name?

The real sad part of this whole story and the real victims are his children. They lost their beloved mother and the only parent left is their slime ball father who should be in prison.

Parking lots are one of the most dangerous places for children. I don't see how a driver could see a little toddler behind them even using mirrors in an SUV, let alone a car.

I just do not get our court system - 35 years and the guy wasn't even killed. Murderers and rapists get off for far less. Not saying this guy doesn't deserve prison time at all, but why is there no consistency in sentencing times that fits the crimes?
