You could feel the air go out of the internet at 5:13. That's terrible, man. My basement's generally pretty dry, but the plumbing backed up twice and we still don't know what caused it however it was small potatoes compared to what you're going through. My heart goes out to you as a homeowner and a collector. Glad the Pixel Clan is safe and healthy!

It looks like his jawline suffered from the same poor transition from prototype to production piece that GP He-Man went through. Coupled with the bulky armor, I'm not that impressed by the look of this guy, even less so with the action feature. Think I might pass :(

I never knew about Power Lords until I heard The Four Horsemen were updating them, but damn...these guys really know how to handle a toy line like this! It makes me wish they were in complete control of MOTUC.

The lack of color swirls does not bug me at all, I've been wanting to see Two Bad in this line for a while, and I think this really is the definitive version. Hooray for Classics!

I know I'm in the minority, but I loved Mo-Larr! He should have been a single card release with that gap-toothed Skeletor head, but I love the goofy figures. I'd even be cool with a Chef Allan or Songster, personally.

I loved the hell out of this episode, I listened to it twice today at work. Pretty much agreed with everything you three said, but I think I may be one of the few people not totally offended by the way Teela is drawn. Her outfit is too revealing, but women in comics are always drawn inhumanly perfect with costumes that are essentially painted on. That being said, it is the wrong way to portray Teela. They have a pretty messed up depiction of women: Evil Lyn's crazy and hyper-sexualized, Teela's just an unpleasant, awful, hateful human being, and the Sorceress is....dead. There aren't that many female characters in MOTU, and they've gotten everyone wrong except for Adora.
I loved that Danielle mentioned how bad the dialogue is, which is one of the first things I noticed about the comic. It isn't so much dialogue as it is constant set-ups for lame, sarcastic quips. Also, The Origin of Hordak was probably the worst comic I've ever read. All that aside, I own every comic they've released and I'll keep buying them until they stop making them. Long live MOTU and I hope to hear more of these with the entire RGD crew!
