I saw it and you are correct. Worse though...they marry Dr Seuss with the TV show Glee for the most sucky experience. Stereotypes covered or hinted at were: global warming, anti-industrialism, occupied bathroom movement, corporate greed, tree hugging. Very preachy movie. I knew going in it was a propaganda movie because it was the intent of Dr Seuss when he first made the book but he never achieved the level of lunacy these film makers did.

I saw the Lorax and it carries the eco-nut case much farther than that. You pick up subtle hints of the occupied bathroom movement as well as stupid caricatures of corporate greed. The worst thing was they combined Dr Seuss with the TV show Glee and it sucked big time!!!

The dirtbag Dax Shepard compared "Act of Valor" to a Nazi propaganda film called "Triumph of the Will" but I must say... I just saw the movie "The Lorax" tonight and there is more propaganda in the first ten minutes of that film than the other two combined. The whole movie covers it all: global warming, anti-industrialization, tree hugging, the occupied bathroom movement, corporate greed...it's a freshmen college socialists dream movie.
