Cooling towers are frequently exploited publicly to suggest, wrongly, that they play a part in global warming. But this is not true, the only thing that comes out of these cooling towers is water vapor. So it is climate neutral. But maybe you mean the power plants as a whole? Because they indeed bring 40% of al carbon dioxide pollution in the air worldwide.

And yeah livestock contributes even more to it, it seems. It would be better if people stop with eating meat. That saves a lot of animal cruelty and is good for the environment!

I never been in Sudbury but this is what i read about it on the internet.
But it is good to hear that there is a re-greening project going on there!
Al though i think it is still one of the most polluted places in North America or am i wrong?

Al though I don't exactly know if it has the same use as that movable service tower.
