Thanks for the comments. We actually just moved some staff around to cover our updates on the site. We just got busy and it was missed. We have posted several new articles under the articles section. If you haven't seen them, I think they provide some really helpful information that is not readily available everywhere. Also, I would like to assure you that our staff is quite diverse and we try to hire only the best of our applicants. We are in the process of adding a new feature to the website that will take the applicant through a series of personality matching tests prior to them coming in that will help us better match client to caregiver. Hope you will check back with us in the future to see the upgrade.
