My blog was restricted to current election and majority of scenario in Karnataka.

1. Currently there is no such strong local party like those in Tamilnadu. JD (S), KJP, BSR could not achieve the number (113) which was evident. Local parties always had and has bad reputation of claiming for things for states while staking out national interest. DMK from TN, SP from UP are all doing such bad politics and playing with national development. With these reasons I cut down the option of local party.

2. I am not for corrupt politician at all. I think you took me wrong. I was just mentioning how we want politicians to be corrupt and how we will vote for him. My point was to change the public mindset of "we need a person who could do anything for the sake of our money/caste". Bigger parties knows this weakness of the public and hence they could campaign and reach the people and get elected. Public mindset needs to be changed which depends on place to place. I can not decide and effect the people in Bengaluru to not vote for xyz. That was my point and hence I left to the reader.

3. I am pessimistic about Loksatta of forming Govt. for this election only. People in Bengaluru, Belgaum and some other places are lucky enough to know about their Loksatta candidate and could vote them. While major part of Karnataka still do not know about Loksatta and their visions, so they couldn't vote them. However they do not have fund to spread their wings and it is understandable. Secondly I said people should support them because we need them to progress and run the govt. in future. So I left to the reader about their choice.....

Finally I concluded on BJP taking whole Karnataka into consideration and comparing their +ve and -ve side with another major party congress. If Loksatta could reach all of Karnataka then definitely I would have concluded in its way....

Yes, I completely agree to your point. Baba Ramdev along with group of committed people have already started fight. Only thing is we should support them
