I think that's the issue. Favreau can't tell the story he wants while he's being forced to include all the characters from the Marvel U.

Like you said, the first arc should be worth checking out at least. If the book comes even close to their prior work on DD, I think it'll be worth following.

As I said in my initial reply, I really like a lot of Bendis' work. I'm a huge fan of his Ultimate Spider-Man run, I've been pretty content with Scarlet thus far and I dug his stuff with Maleev on DD back in the day.
I completely understand where you're coming from, he's not a perfect writer but I personally find a number of his books very entertaining. Couple that with the fact that I feel as though a character like Moon Knight has the potential to make a much larger impact on the Marvel U (should he be placed in the hands of the proper creative team) and you've got, to me anyway, what appears to be a good idea.

Bendis and Maleev's run on Daredevil back in 2001 was one of the best. That being said, I'm confident that their work on Moon Knight will be pretty solid.
