well both twilight princess and skyward sword games came out after ocarina of time so maybe the hadnt planned to have an ending blow until they started twilight princess. they couldnt telll the future of what future games would have so this was a simple mistake i guess u could say.

I feel they're shouldnt be a timeline or anything cuz a lot of events in certain games contradict events in other zelda games
