Since the public gets to vote out the justices, why don't we get to vote them in or as they like to put it "interview them"? Only seems fair, then there won't be any crying about our new justices and how "we" had no say in the matter!

1st of all, I am sick of all the coverage that the Hawkeyes are getting about things that are not sports or education. 2nd, do all of these people think that the public is stupid and we can't figure out what is going on?
