I highly doubt the officer punched you in the mouth for nothing. Not saying he/she was right in his/her actions. You had to of played a huge role in that.

people in handcuffs can STILL be a threat. They still have their head and feet. Plus we don't know where he was cuffed (front or back) if in front the perp could do some serious damage to the officer. Police don't fight fair, we fight to win. I could care less if your handcuffed, If you want to fight I'll lay you out.

IMO I think bank tellers should be trained with firearms and the bank should supply a firearm behind the counter. If a perp wants to come rob the place guess what…BANG. If the banks do not offer security positions, they should consider placing a squad in the parking lot to deter crime.
