I couldn't believe this when I saw it. I thought it would be important information for all of you to know as well.

I'm usually biased in my opinions of the ACLU, but actually saw a cause they supported that I passionately believe in... apparently American real estate that is 100mi inland of our borders and costal lines are 'exempt' from constitutional rights. Check out the information, and please write letters to our congressmen and senators to ensure our fellow Americans' rights are not disregarded. These "constitutional-free" zones apply to 2/3 of the US Population!

They aren't taking away guns... they are taking away our ability to get ammo and further purchase firearms to increase our personal collections.

You forgot to include their insurance policy of Obama's success with appointing Biden as the VP...

We believe in change. The people wanted change, and the people sure got it - like all our mothers and grandmothers always said "be careful what you wish for, you might just get it." (Though my mother also told me "you're old enough for your wants not to hurt you"). All throughout his campaign, I was lost wondering WHAT and HOW he was going to change the country. Apparently just standing up in front of Americans and providing a motivational speech void of actual logical content is good enough to make it to office.

I think we should make government spending mandatory to be approved by the people. I'd like to propose that the federal government initiate a vote day where the people are given options (including none of the above) on the ballot and done so in a timely manner. This way we have more control over how much the government is spending. We should also have the right to vote on which programs receive federal government spending. Many of those programs they are funding shouldn't NEED federal financial support, and should be left up to private funding or to the states.

I think our treasury has enough power, and the treasury secretary definitely doesn't deserve more.

Granted, China is living in their own filth. However, they are incredibly smart and disciplined. China would be the last country I would ever want to go to war with. Just because they aren't flexing their muscles or demanding attention like the middle east and Korea, doesn't mean they aren't a force that could devastate us. Yes, we use them for cheap labor, but they also own a TON of our Treasury Bonds and are much more capable than what you give them credit for. I don't think we should worry about the bonds, or their threats of not purchasing more, but I also don't think we should disregard them as a potential threat.

Arizona would welcome the business that would bring to the desert. We have so much land we aren't doing anything with anyways, and get TONS of sunshine.

My family and close friends do that everyday. I don't remember the last time I bought something that was made in China... we've been part of that movement for at least 10 years.
