Do NOT ever think of moving to the South because the cost of living is lower, especially if you aren't Christian. I've lived here in Tennessee for 9 years and am ready to go anywhere but here. We're moving this year to PA and I can't wait. Folks here found out we weren't Christian (we're Pagan but kept a low profile) and tried to burn down our house - with us in it. It was impossible to do business here until I changed my name and then only some would talk with me. Once, my horse was ill and I called the vet but he wouldn't come out because he thought I was a "devil-worshipper". And if you're gay - FUGGET ABOUT IT!!!

As someone who lives in Dog Snot, Tennessee, I couldn't agree more. Thank the Lo-erd that this year we'll be leaving and moving to a blue state, Pennsylvania. We're moving because:
1) we're tired of the idiot red-necks who are stupider than yesterday's clipped toenail.
2) We're tired of the hate; if you're a white Christian and "moral" Christian white woman you have no problem. I'm a proud goddess-worshipping woman who is polyamorous and ultra liberal so folks here think I'm a "devil-worshipper". Yep, they use those exact words. Someone also tried to burn down our house several years ago. So much for Southern Hospitality. I'm exhausted trying to figure out these Southerners - and I grew up with a Southern mother.

Exactly. I think Bristol has one HELLUVA NERVE criticizing someone else's parenting skills, what a jerk. She has no life experience about anything except getting knocked up and not marrying the baby's dad and living off her mother's fame.

That's what I was thinking. Hey, wives and military are just alike, both need a leader. I would suggest that such thinking is a great way to start a war with your wife.

The other point I'd like to make is that these are the same people who keep saying that marriage is between one man and one woman; yet, according to this Pearse guy, marriage is between one leader and one submissive. WTF?
