Because everyone knows his face, and he's stolen millions and millions from people all over the world. He is safer in jail than anywhere else on earth. Probably not many people in prison he stole from. I don't think he would have to wear a bulletproof vest there and as he is so old and creepy it probably wouldn't make any difference if he dropped the soap or not.

I think them saying they don't need this is for the public to trust them again. It's hogwash, they may refuse it this month and ask for double next month. Cool, with their profits, have they paid any back? Yea, didn't think so. It's just another stunt in the big boys world. Who would want their cars knowing you've already paid for it, and you have to pay again?????????????????????
